Memberships

All Members are asked to Donate $40 a month to help cover the over head and keep the Gym running smoothly!

In addition to the $40 a month, whenever you attend a class you are asked to donate $1....that goes straight to the instructor! This pricing system ensures your only paying for the classes that you can fit into your schedule!!

All Members are giving 24 hour access to the gym 7 days a week including holidays!

So if your a "Swing" shifter or a "Night Owl" you can always find time to come workout!

"Private Training" is a service that is also offered!

Generally "Private Training" costs are determined by the trainer. It usually runs about $25 a hour for Non Gym Members and about $20 an hour for Gym Members.

If your a Non Gym Member then your only allowed in the gym by appointment only.
