The CRowesNest is a very unique gym. If your looking for a clean and friendly environment where you can better yourself through fitness then we are the gym for you! We don't sell "motivation" or "drive" at the CRowesNest, nor do we sell a "guilt driven" program that tries to get you to come back...
What we do sell, is a 24 hour facility that promises to be clean and friendly. We offer a full weight gym as well as ellipticals and treadmills, we offer a facility staffed by knowledgeable self defense instructors, and last but not least we offer a family like atmosphere where you will always feel welcome.

Congrats to Zax Knight and Jay Kline for competing in the Arnold Classic "Naga" this past weekend! Over 1400 people showed up for this event making it one of the biggest of the year!! Jay was behind on points when time ran out but put up a heck of a fight for his 1st grappling competition! Zax managed to submit 3 out of 4 of his opponents to sweep his division and bring home the gold!!2-22-09
Congrats to Zach Kline for making his MMA Debut on Saturday Feb.21st in Kendalville IN, @ Combat Zone 18!! It took him a mere 1:41 into the 1st round to finish his guy! Thanks to the Combat Zone organization for taking care of us while we were down there!
